Cooked rice (25%) (water, rice), tomato (15%), plant-based pieces (11%) (water, pea protein (3%), rapeseed oil, pea fibre, starch, sunflower oil, salt), cauliflower (10%), chickpeas (8%), carrots (7%), spinach (7%), red onion (4%), coconut milk (4%) (coconut extract, water), coconut oil, garlic, ginger, red chilli pepper, coriander, rapeseed oil, ground coconut, coriander seed powder, curcuma, mustard seed, fenugreek, cumin, salt, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, cayenne pepper, fennel.
Add your favorite oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Alternatively, place into a microwaveable container. Keep the lid on but the vent open to help the pressure escape gently. Heat for 6 minutes on 900W (7 min. on 800W or 8 min on 700W). Stir halfway through.
Store at -18°C or colder. Do not freeze after thawing.
A healthy vegan meal in less time than a phone call to the local curry house. Not too spicy, it has plenty of vegetables.

Honestly amazing. I have been searching for a quick, easy but nutritious meal that is also delicious and this is by far the best of everything that I have tried. Love it. Not too spicy, and easy to cook. Got 12 different plant-based foods in it which is great because I am trying to hit that 30 different plant-based foods a week goal.
