Cooked Arborio rice (37%) (water, rice), mushrooms (12%), cherry tomatoes (9%), green peas (9%), green asparagus (7%), spring onion (7%), coconut milk (7%) (coconut extract, water), porcini mushrooms (3%), cauliflower (3%), potato starch, parsley, garlic, coconut oil, chickpea flour, pea fibre, nutritional yeast, rapeseed oil, onion, tomato, carrot, salt, sugar, natural flavours, black pepper.
Add your favorite oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Alternatively, place into a microwaveable container. Keep the lid on but the vent open to help the pressure escape gently. Heat for 6 minutes on 900W (7 min. on 800W or 8 min on 700W). Stir halfway through.
Store at -18°C or colder. Do not freeze after thawing.
Super easy, took no time. Creamy and the veggies are fresh & crunchy. Highly recommend.
