Add your favorite oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Alternatively, place into a microwaveable container. Keep the lid on but the vent open to help the pressure escape gently. Heat for 6 minutes on 900W (7 min. on 800W or 8 min on 700W). Stir halfway through.
Store at -18°C or colder. Do not freeze after thawing.

Really nice taste, felt very fresh and healthy. Was perfect to cook when I needed something quick after a long oncall shift. Nice range of textures from all the veg in it.
