Cooked rice (25%) (water, rice), plant-based pieces (10%) (water, pea protein (3%), rapeseed oil, pea fibre, starch, sunflower oil, salt), broccoli (11%), pointed cabbage (8%), carrots (8%), coconut milk (7%) (coconut extract, water), onion (6%), sugar snap peas (6%), pepper (6%), coriander (3%), garlic (3%), ginger (2%), green chilli pepper, spinach, lime juice, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, red chilli pepper, agave syrup, salt, white pepper, cumin, cardamom.
Add your favourite oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Alternatively, place into a microwaveable container. Keep the lid on but the vent open to help the pressure escape gently. Heat for 6 minutes on 900W (7 min. on 800W or 8 min on 700W). Stir halfway through.
Store at -18°C or colder. Do not freeze after thawing.
Lazy Vegan Thai Green As a vegetarian who tries to be vegan I love these. The taste is great, they are fast and easy to cook, and a great size and have a fresh and healthy taste to them I love the entire range.

I love these frozen ready meals by Lazy Vegan - they have lots of healthy veg and the protein pieces have just such an amazing texture. This might easily be my new favourite - it's full of flavour and has got a little kick, but it's not too spicy. Love it!
