Gluten-free pasta (20%) (water, corn flour, rice flour), broccoli (19%), zucchini (10%), cherry tomatoes (10%), green peas (10%), plant-based pieces (9%) (water, pea protein (2%), rapeseed oil, pea fibre, starch, sunflower oil, salt), basil (6%), grilled red pepper (6%), coconut milk (5%) (coconut extract, water), sunflower seeds (2%), garlic, spinach, olive oil, potato starch, coconut oil, chickpea flour, pea fibre, nutritional yeast, onion, natural flavours, salt, black pepper.
Add your favorite oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Alternatively, place into a microwaveable container. Keep the lid on but the vent open to help the pressure escape gently. Heat for 6 minutes on 900W (7 min. on 800W or 8 min on 700W). Stir halfway through.
Store at -18°C or colder. Do not freeze after thawing.
My partner loved this. Said flavour was lovely, a good amount of veg and protein pieces. So easy to cook! Good quality ingredients no junk or rubbish and plenty of protein. We are really impressed with this range and cant wait to try them all :)

I eat meat but try not to every day. Thought I would try this and was pleasantly surprised. Cooked it in a frying pan. Handy to have in the freezer. Will buy again.

I recently tried this pasta meal, and it exceeded my expectations! The convenience of a ready-made meal without compromising on flavor is truly impressive. The pasta cooked perfectly, and the pesto sauce was rich and delicious. I think it is really good quality and a great meal when you want something nice but not necessarily have much time to cook. Recommended.
