Gnocchi (29%) (spinach (10%), durum wheat semolina, water, salt), spinach (10%), red onion (10%), grilled aubergine (9%), grilled courgette (9%), grilled pepper (6%), black olives (6%), tomato (6%), coconut milk (2%) (coconut extract, water), semi-dried tomatoes (2%), tomato purée, sunflower seeds, garlic, potato starch, coconut oil, chickpea flour, pea fibre, nutritional yeast, natural flavours, olive oil, basil, salt, black pepper.
Add your favourite oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Alternatively, place into a microwaveable container. Keep the lid on but the vent open to help the pressure escape gently. Heat for 6 minutes on 900W (7 min. on 800W or 8 min on 700W). Stir halfway through.
Store at -18°C or colder. Do not freeze after thawing.
I was so impressed by this meal! The spinach gnocchi was perfectly soft, and the red pesto sauce was rich and full of flavor. The veggies tasted fresh, and the portion size was just right. Definitely a freezer essential!

I’m always on the lookout for tasty vegan meals, and this one hit the mark! The gnocchi had a great texture, and the sun-dried tomato pesto was incredibly flavorful. Loved the mix of grilled veggies too. I’ll definitely buy it again.
