  • 1 zak Lazy Vegan Lebanese Bulgur
  • 2 eetlepels hummus
  • 1 eetlepel zoetzure rode uienringen (uit pot)
  • 3 takjes peterselie
  • Flatbread

How it's done

1. Heat the flatbread in the oven according to the instructions on the packaging or heat them in a pan without oil for 2 minutes per side.
2. Heat a little oil in a wok and heat the Falafel Bowl - Lebanese Bulgur for 6-8 minutes.
3. While the Falafel Bowl is heating, pick the parsley leaves from the stems. Cut the leaves into smaller pieces.
4. Place the heated Falafel Bowl in a bowl. Add the toppings hummus, parsley and sweet and sour red onion and serve with the flatbread.
