30 minutes

4 persons

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of ready-made flammkuchen dough/puff pastry (vegan)
  • 300 gram hummus of your choice
  • 200 gram small green asparagus
  • 150 gram sundried tomatoes
  • 100 gram almonds
  • garlic oil
  • 280 grams of Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 C). Chop the almonds. Roll out the flammkuchen dough or puff pastry. Put the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the dough with hummus and make sure to leave about 2 cm of the edges without hummus for a crispy crust.  Top the flammkuchen/puff pastry with the asparagus and sundried tomatoes. Bake for 15-20 minutes. While baking the tart, fry the Chicken Style Pieces for a few minutes. When the tart comes out of the oven: Top the tart with the Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces and chopped almonds. Sprinkle everything with some garlic oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Slice the tart into pieces and it’s ready to eat!
