- 400 gram canned chickpeas
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- mild yellow curry paste
- coconut milk
- 280 gram Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

Cook the noodles. Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry the Chicken Style pieces. Add the yellow curry paste together with the sliced bell peppers and red pepper. Add some coconut milk and the chickpeas to the curry. Coriander gives you extra flavour.
