Sweet potato fries with Chicken Style Pieces

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • red cabbage sliced
  • 4 tomatoes diced
  • 2 avocados
  • cashew nuts
  • 150 grams cashew nuts (raw)
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 280 grams of Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1×3-inch wedges.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet, not on top of eachother.
Bake until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally. Cook them for 20 minutes.

In the meantime make the cashew cheese sauce:
Add the cashew nuts, nutritional yeast, crushed garlic and lemon juice to a blender bowl. Add sea salt and black pepper. Measure out 5 tbsp of water and add it in. Blend until very smooth and creamy.

Now fry your Chicken Style Pieces. Add the diced tomatoes, Chunky Pulled Peaz and cashew cheese sauce to your sweet potato fries.
Put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Smash the avocados and put those on top when you take the plate out of the oven.
