- 1 sliced focaccia
- 1 diced tomato
- 2 tbsp pinenuts
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 grams of rucola
- 1 lemon
- basil
- 70 gram Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces
A lunch recipe with a spicy twist!

Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the Chicken Style Pieces for about 5 minutes.
Put the olive oil, rucola, pinenuts and garlic in a bowl. Blend them into a nice pesto. Add a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add the rucola pesto, diced tomato and Chicken Style Pieces to your sliced focaccia. Top it of with a little basil.
