- 4 slices of tiger bread loaf
- 2 tbsp of piccalilly
- 2 tbsp chutney
- 1 beetroot
- 2 handfuls of rocket
- 1 handful of cress
- 2 slices of VioLife cheese
- 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Stir-fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz for 5 minutes in a frying pan.
Put chutney or piccalilli on the bread and top with the other bits. Add the Chunky
Puled Peaz. Enjoy!
