- 4 slices of tiger bread loaf
- 2 tbsp of piccalilly
- 2 tbsp chutney
- 1 beetroot, sliced
- 2 handfuls of rocket
- 1 handful of cress
- 2 slices of VioLife cheese
- 280 gram Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry the Chicken Style Pieces for 5 minutes.
Put chutney or piccalilli on the bread and top with the rocket, vegan cheese, cress and the beetroot. Add the Chicken Style Pieces. Enjoy!
