Chunky Sandwich Stack with Chicken Style Pieces

A delicious vegan club sandwich made by the amazing nutritionist Anna Redmayne – Porter

  • 4 slices of tiger bread loaf
  • 2 tbsp of piccalilly
  • 2 tbsp chutney
  • 1 beetroot, sliced
  • 2 handfuls of rocket
  • 1 handful of cress
  • 2 slices of VioLife cheese
  • 280 gram Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry the Chicken Style Pieces for 5 minutes.
Put chutney or piccalilli on the bread and top with the rocket, vegan cheese, cress and the beetroot. Add the Chicken Style Pieces. Enjoy!
