- 200 gram lettuce
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 avocado's, diced
- 100 gram pine nuts
- balsamic vinegar
- 1 block of Violife Greek White
- 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean
Try this healthy fresh salad for lunch!
Fry the pine nuts and keep them on the side. Add some oil to the pan and fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz. Dice the zucchinis and grill them. You can either grill them in the oven or use a grill pan. Dice the avocados. Cut the Violife Greek White into little blocks. Add it all to your lettuce of choice. Top it of with the pine nuts and a dressing of balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
