- 250 gram sushi rice
- 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean
Make a healthy winter bowl with roasted veggies and Chunky Pulled Peaz!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 C). Boil the sushi rice. Leave it in the pan for 10 minutes with the lid on. Put the diced pumpkins and sprouts on an oventray and add some oil. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes. In the meantime fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean in your frying pan on medium heat for 4 minutes. When the sushi rice is cooled, add 5 tbsp of ricevinegar. Divide the veggies, humus and Chunky Pulled Peaz in the bowl on top of the rice. Top the bowl with roasted sesame seeds.
