Summer bowl with Chicken Style Pieces

Get in the summer mood with this colourful and healthy bowl!

Ingredients

  • 2 coloured beetroots sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper diced
  • watermelon diced
  • vegan feta (violife)
  • 3 carrots thin sliced
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • 5 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 250 gram sushi rice
  • 280 gram Chicken Style Pieces

Boil the sushi rice as described. Leave it in the pan for 10 minutes with the lid on. In the meantime fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean in your frying pan on medium heat for 4 minutes. When the sushi rice is cooled, add 5 tbsp of ricevinegar. Divide the veggies, watermelon, vegan feta and Chicken Style Pieces in the bowl on top of the rice. Top the bowl with roasted sesame seeds.
