Salad with avocado and Chunky Pulled Peaz

It takes you less than 10 minutes to make this healthy salad!

  • 200 gram lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 avocado's, diced
  • 100 gram red kidney beans
  • 100 gram corn
  • 1 block of Violife Greek White
  • 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz mediterranean. Dice the avocados and tomatoes. Cut the Violife Greek White into little blocks. Add it all to your lettuce of choice. Add the kidney beans, corn and Chunky Pulled Peaz. You might want to top it off witk a little bit of salsa sauce.
