Red Lentil Soup With Chicken Style Pieces

Healthy lentil soup, really easy to make!

  • 1 red onion roughly chopped
  • 1 cm fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 red pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 300 gram red lentils
  • 1 liter of vegetable stock, 2 cubes
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce
  • 280 gram Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

Put on 1 liter of water to boil for the vegetable stock.
In a stockpot over medium heat, fry the onion, garlic, red pepper and ginger for 5 minutes. Add the cans om tomato sauce and the lentils and fry again for 5 minutes.
Add the hot vegetable stock, cover and bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the soup with a mixer until it’s as smooth as you like.
Prepare the Chicken Style Pieces in a frying pan. Top the lentil soup with with some Chicken Style Pieces.
