Rainbow Bowl with Chicken Style Pieces

Ingredients

  • thin sliced beetroots
  • thin sliced carrots
  • thin sliced red cabbage
  • chopped tomato
  • kidney beans
  • corn
  • edamame beans
  • sliced avocado
  • humus with grilled vegetables
  • sliced mango
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • 250 gram sushi rice
  • 280 gram Chicken Style Pieces

Boil the sushi rice. Leave it in the pan for 10 minutes before putting it in the bowl.
In the meantime slice the vegetables. Take out the edame beans, kidney beans and corn.
Divide the veggies and humus in the bowl on top of the rice.
Fry the Chicken Style Pieces in your frying pan on medium heat for 4 minutes and add them to your bowl. Top the bowl with roasted sesame seeds.
