Pumpkin lasagne with Chicken Style Pieces

A tasty lasagne full of veggies, really easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 800 gram tomatosauce
  • 20 gram basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1400 gram pumpkin
  • 160 gram vegan grated cheese
  • 280 gram Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Heat some olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the Chicken Style Pieces. Add the tomato sauce. Add the chopped basil and garlic.

Clean the pumpkin and cut it in half. Take out the seeds. Cut the pumpkin in quarters and than thin parts. Slice the zucchinis in really thin slices, you can use a cheese slicer to do this.

Take an oven dish. First make a layer with the pumpkin, top it of with the tomato sauce with Chicken Style Pieces, now add a layer of the thinly sliced zucchini. Repeat until the oven dish is full. Now put the grated cheese on top. Slice the tomato in thick slices and put them on top of the dish. Put the lasagne in the oven for about 60 minutes.
