Easy Peasy Pasta With Chunky Pulled Peaz

  • 500 grams pasta
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 eggplant, diced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • handfull of fresh basil
  • 280 grams of Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash en dice the veggies. Slice the onions en chop the garlic. Put everything in a large ovendish. Add olive oil and some salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the pasta and fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz. When the vegetables are ready, put them in a bowl, add the basil and mix it. Add the chunky pulled peaz and serve the sauce on top of the pasta.
If you have sauce left, you can easily put it in the freezer!
