Creamy peanut curry with Chunky Pulled Peaz

Try a delicious creamy peanut curry with veggies and Chunky Pulled Peaz

  • 400 gram chicken peas
  • cauliflower
  • coriander
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 150 gram tomato paste
  • 100 gram peanutbutter
  • 3/4 liter of vegetable stock, 2 cubes
  • coconut milk
  • 300 gram rice
  • 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Cook the rice. Add some oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic and onion for a few minutes. Add the peanutbutter and tomato paste, stirr until it’s mixed. Add the vegetable stock, cauliflower, chick peas and tomatoes. Leave it cooking for 15 minutes. In the meantime fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean and add them to the curry. If you want it to be a bit more creamy you can add some coconut milk. Coriander gives you extra flavour. Serve with rice.
