Bagels with hummus and veggies

Check out these colourful bagels!

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 100 gram mushrooms
  • black olives
  • hummus of your choice
  • 100 gram pine nuts
  • 150 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Preheat the oven. Fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz and the mushrooms for a few minutes. Bake the bagels for 5 minutes. Spread them with the hummus of your choice and top them of with the mushrooms, avocado, olives, Chunky Pulled Peaz and some pine nuts. Enjoy!
