Autumn pumpkin curry with Chicken Style Pieces

A delicious autumn curry to make you nice and warm!

  • 400 gram chickpeas
  • 1 pumpkin, chopped
  • 1 zucchini
  • cherry tomatoes
  • coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 3 tsp yellow curry
  • 2 cans of coconutmilk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • handfull of cashew nuts, finely chopped
  • 300 gram rice
  • 280 gram Chicken Style Pieces

Get warm and cosy with a delicous and healthy curry! Cook the rice. Chop the pumpkin and the zucchini. Prepare the curry sauce by mixing the currypaste, soy sauce and coconutmilk in a big fryingpan. Add the pumpkin and the other veggies, stir for about 15 minutes. Use another pan to fry the Chicken Style Pieces together with some garlic. Add the Chicken Style Pieces and the chickpeas to the curry. Stir for a few minutes. Top it of with chopped coriander and cashew nuts.  Serve with rice. Enjoy!
