Springrolls with Chunky Pulled Peaz Natural and peanut sauce

Fresh springrolls with veggies and Chunky Pulled Peaz

  • 2 carrots spiralized
  • beetroots spiralized
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cm fresh ginger, grated
  • garlic finely chopped
  • handful mint
  • beansprouts
  • rice paper
  • handful peanuts crushed
  • 150 gram peanutbutter
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp soysauce
  • 1 tsp sambal
  • 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Natural

Fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz Natural with some garlic.
Slice the avocado, bell peppers and mint. Spiralize the beetroots and carrots.
Take 1 rice paper, soak it in boiled water. Put all the ingredients and roll up tight.

Fort the peanut sauce:
Fry some garlic in olive oil. Add the peanutbutter, crushed peanuts, coconut milk, 125 ml of water, soysauce and sambal and stir until it’s a perfect thick sauce.
