Red curry with veggies and Chunky Pulled Peaz

Get warm with a lovely red curry with Chunky Pulled Peaz…

  • 400 gram chicken peas
  • broccoli (or other veggies of your choice)
  • coriander
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 onion sliced
  • red curry paste
  • coconut milk
  • 300 gram rice
  • 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Cook the rice. Add some oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic and onion for a few minutes. Add the red curry paste and coconut milk, stirr until it’s mixed. Add the broccoli, chick peas and bell pepper. Leave it cooking for 7 minutes. In the meantime fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean and add them to the curry. Coriander gives you extra flavour. Serve with the rice.
