- 4 pizza crusts (cauliflower or other flavour)
- 500 gram tomato sauce
- 100 gram mushrooms
- red onion, chopped
- handful of basil
- vegan grated cheese
- 280 grams of Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces
Making a vegan pizza? No problem! Buy or make a pizza crust and add your favorite (vegan) toppings. This recipe is for a classic pizza funghi!
Bake the pizza bottom for 4 minutes. In the meantime fry the Chicken Style Pieces for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms (and some garlic) to the frying pan and stir-fry for one more minute. Add the tomato sauce, Chicken Style Pieces, mushrooms and red onion to the pizza crust. Top it off with some vegan grated cheese. Put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
