- 7,5 gram baking powder
- 150 gram soy yoghurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp oil
- tsp za'atar
- cherry tomatoes
- mushrooms
- handfull of coriander
- 280 grams of Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

Add the flour, baking powder, soy yoghurt and salt to a bowl. Mix it into a dough. Divide the dough into four pieces, then roll it out into (long) slices. Use flour for this so that it does not stick. Now mix the oil with the za’atar.
Heat a pan, put a little oil on both sides of the bread. Bake the naan bread in the pan, turn occasionally. Bake for about 2 minutes on both sides.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 C). Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry the Chicken Style Pieces for 3 minutes. Add them to the naan bread together with some mushrooms and the cherry tomatoes. Put it in the oven for just a few minutes.
Top them of with a little coriander.
