- 4 slices of bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- vegan cottage cheese (or ricotta)
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- fresh parsley
- olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 140 gram Chicken Style Pieces (1/2 bag)

A perfect Sunday morning breakfast with some love on toast!
Roast the bread in a pan for a few minutes with a drop of olive oil.
Place the cherry tomatoes in a seperate pan with olive oil until soft and baked. Do the same for The chicken Style Pieces.
Place toast on the plate. Cut Garlic clove in half and spread garlic all over the toast by hand with a raw clove of garlic.
Add your choice of plant based cheese ( we used cottage cheese). Add the roasted tomatoes, chicken style pieces, garnish with fresh parsley. pinch of pepper & salt.
