Toss the Lazy Vegan Mexican meal in a frying pan with a little oil. Stir it every now and then.
In the meantime, cut the avocados, red onion and tomato. Mix these ingredients into a smooth guacamole. Drizzle the guacamole with the juice of half a lime. Finally, add some salt and pepper to taste and stir well one more time. Don’t forget to stir the pan from time to time!
