Italian Risotto

Such a deliciously creamy risotto with authentic Arborio rice, but plant-based. Our version has lots of fresh frozen vegetables such as asparagus, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes and a vegan cream sauce. Of course we also added garlic, spring onion and black pepper. Buon appetito!

Preparation method

Heat a wok or frying pan on the stove. Add your favorite vegetable oil, add your Lazy Vegan meal and let it gently warm over a medium heat. Stir occasionally, occasionally dream away at the wonderful scents. After about 8 minutes you can fill a plate with your healthy, vegan meal. Enjoy your meal!


36% cooked Arborio rice (water, rice), 12% mushrooms, 10% cherry tomatoes, 10% green peas, 7% green asparagus, 7% cononut milk, 5% spring onion, 3% porchini mushrooms, 3% cauliflower, potato starch, parsley, garlic, coconut oil, chickpea flower, pea fiber, nutritional yeast, rapeseed oil, onion, tomato, carrot, salt, sugar, natural flavors and black pepper.
