Eligibility: The giveaway is open to participants who are 18 years old or older and residents of The Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, or Germany. Employees of Lazy Vegan and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry period: The giveaway begins on 01.09.2023 and ends on 30.09.2023 (the “Entry Period”).
Prize: The prizes for this giveaway is 1x €100,- for the winner and 3x meal boxes with 8 Lazy Vegan meals each for 2nd to 4th winner. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be selected on 02.10.2023.
Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message or via email. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received within the specified time, an alternate winner will be chosen.
Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants grant Lazy Vegan the right to use their name and likeness, as well as the contributed recipe, for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Privacy: Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
Disqualification: Lazy Vegan reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
Changes and Termination: Lazy Vegan reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Release: By participating, participants release Lazy Vegan from any and all liability related to the giveaway and the prize received.
