Preparation method

Ready in 8 minutes! Heat a wok or frying pan on the stove. Add your favorite vegetable oil, add your Lazy Vegan meal and let it gently warm over a medium heat. Stir occasionally and occasionally dream away at the wonderful scents.

Cooked white rice 18% (water rice), tomatoes 22%, red kidney beans 12%, black beans 8%, onion 7%, corn 7%, pepper 7%, vegetable minced meat 12% (water, pea protein 3%, coconut oil, onion, pea fiber, methylcellulose*, vinegar, beetroot juice concentrate, potato starch, spices, apple juice concentrate, caramelized sugar syrup, sunflower oil, herb extract, salt), tomato puree, grilled red pepper, smoked paprika powder, coriander, garlic, oregano, salt, cumin, red chili pepper, coriander seed powder, agave syrup, lime juice, paprika powder, cinnamon, rapeseed oil. *Methylcellulose comes from plant cells. It is used to get the right shape and texture.
