Light and tasty: Wraps with avocado cream, mushrooms and Chicken Style Pieces!

Ingredients

  • 4 corn tortillas, warmed
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 500 gram mushrooms
  • 2 limes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlicpowder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
  • 250 gram salad
  • red cabbage
  • 280 gram Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

In a large bowl, combine the salad, cabbage, yellow bell pepper. Put the avocado, lime juice and a few tablespoons of water in a bowl. Blend until smooth. Add more water to thin, as needed. The texture should be thick and creamy. Fry the Chicken Style Pieces with some oil. Add the mushrooms and the seasonings then stir until evenly coated. Cook for about 5 minutes, just until mushrooms are softened. Spread each tortilla with avocado cream then top with cooked mushrooms and the salad mix. Serve with rice and black beans!
