- 6 Small tortilla wraps
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Lime
- A few sprigs of fresh coriander
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
- Pinch of salt
- Cumin powder
- Sesame seeds
An easy and delicious recipe to create your own vegan soul food party!
Prepare the salad filling by cutting the tomato & onion into small pieces. Chop the fresh coriander and mint. Squeeze the lime in a small bowl and add some coriander and mint for the dressing. Add some pepper and salt to taste.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a teaspoon of cumin and a pinch of salt.
Heat the tortilla wraps according to the packaging, then add the Chicken Style Pieces, tomato salad and some dressing on top. Garnish with some sesame seeds.
