Vegan Ceasar Salad with Chicken Style Pieces

Light and simple, a vegan ceasar salad with Chicken Style Pieces, tahini dressing and homemade croutons!

  • 200 gram romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices of bread
  • olive oil
  • tahini dressing, we used Dressini
  • oregano
  • pepper and salt
  • 280 gram Chicken Style Pieces

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Dice the bread into small cubes. Drizzle the bread cubes with some olive oil, pepper, salt and oregano. Spread the bread cubes out on a baking tray. Bake them until they are crispy (about 10 minutes). Add some olive oil to a frying pan and fry the Chicken Style Pieces for about 5 minutes. Add some romaine lettuce to a bowl and top with the Chicken Style Pieces, the homemade croutons and some Tahini dressing. We used the Tahini dressing from Dressini. Enjoy!
