Spicy Terriyaki Noodles with Veggies & Chicken Style Pieces

Spicy noodles with plantbased chicken full of protein!

  • 300 gram noodles
  • 1 paksoi, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut
  • broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 red chili pepper, chopped
  • 125 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 280 grams Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces

Cook the noodles according to the package. Heat a large frying pan with some olive oil on medium heat. Fry the Chicken Style Pieces until it starts to brown. Add the garlic and red chili pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes. Then add the paksoi, red bell pepper, mushrooms and broccoli. Stir-fry the vegetables for a few minutes and add the terriyaki sauce. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes. Finally, add the noodles to the frying pan and stir-fry for one more minute. Enjoy!

Serving idea: chop some peanuts or cashew nuts and sprinkle them over your noodles!
