Spicy Pasta with Chunky Pulled Peaz and kale

Try this tasty pasta recipe from the amazing Lina Jabbari!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams pasta
  • 500 grams chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 2 handful of kale
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 350 ml passata
  • 5 tbsp cashew cream cheese
  • 4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • pinch of ground saffron
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 280 grams of Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Heat a large frying pan on med heat, melt the coconut oil then add onion and allow to cook until browned. Add the crushed garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the Chunky Pulled Peaz and a splash of water and cook until it starts to brown. Pour in the passata, the cream cheese, spices, cherry tomatoes and some water and mix. Then allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Put the cooked pasta in a large saucepan, mix in the sauce, kale, add some salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
