Quinoa salad with Chunky Pulled Peaz

Try a healthy quinoa salad with some Chunky Pulled Peaz

  • 200 gram quinoa
  • 1 red onion roughly chopped
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • broccoli
  • handfull of pinenuts
  • 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Prepare the quinoa as described on the package. In the meantime stirfry your Chunky Pulled Peaz. Cook the broccoli for just a few minutes. Slice the bell peppers, red onion and tomatoes. Roast the pinenuts. Add the quinoa and Chunky Pulled Peaz to a bowl. Add the vegetables and top it off with the pinenuts. Enjoy!
