- 200 gram quinoa
- 1 red onion roughly chopped
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- handfull of pinenuts
- 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean
Try a healthy quinoa salad with some Chunky Pulled Peaz
Prepare the quinoa as described on the package. In the meantime stirfry your Chunky Pulled Peaz.
Cook the broccoli for just a few minutes. Slice the bell peppers, red onion and tomatoes. Roast the pinenuts.
Add the quinoa and Chunky Pulled Peaz to a bowl. Add the vegetables and top it off with the pinenuts.
