Quinoa salad with Chicken Style Pieces

Try a simple and healthy quinoa salad with some Chicken Style Pieces

Ingredients

  • 200 gram quinoa
  • 1 red onion roughly chopped
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • broccoli
  • handfull of pinenuts
  • 280 gram Lazy Vegan Chicken Style Pieces
  • olive oil
  • pepper & salt

Prepare the quinoa as described on the package. In the meantime stir-fry your Chicken Style Pieces. Cook the broccoli for just a few minutes. Slice the bell peppers, red onion and tomatoes. Roast the pinenuts. Add the quinoa and Chicken Style Pieces to a bowl. Add the vegetables and top it off with the pinenuts, some olive oil and a pinch of pepper & salt. Enjoy!
