Pizza with Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Make a lovely vegan pizza with Chunky Pulled Peaz!

  • 4 cauliflower pizzabottoms
  • 500 gram tomato sauce
  • 3 eggplants, grilled
  • 2 zucchini, grilled
  • handful of basil
  • vegan grated cheese
  • 280 grams of Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Bake the pizza bottom for 4 minutes. In the meantime fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz. Roast the zucchini and eggplant. Add the tomato sauce, Chunky Pulled Peaz, roasted vegetables and top it off with some vegan grated cheese. Put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
