Naan Pizza with Chunky Pulled Peaz

What if you combine two of the most amazing cuisines in the world?

You get a naan pizza!

Ingredients

  • 200 gram flour
  • 7,5 gram baking powder
  • 150 gram soy yoghurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • tsp za'atar
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • handfull of coriander
  • 280 grams of Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Add the flour, baking powder, yogurt and salt to a bowl. Mix it into a dough. Divide the dough into four pieces, then roll it out into (long) slices. Use flour for this so that it does not stick. Now mix the oil with the za’atar.

Heat a pan, put a little oil on both sides of the bread. Bake the naan bread in the pan, turn occasionally. Bake for about 2 minutes on both sides.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 C). Fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz. Add them to the naan bread together with some mushrooms and the cherry tomatoes. Put it in the oven for just a few minutes.

Top them of with a little coriander.
