Lunch Bowl with Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Have a Buddha Bowl for lunch!

Ingredients

  • thin sliced beetroots
  • thin sliced carrots
  • corn
  • edamame beans
  • quacemole
  • spicy humus
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • 250 gram sushi rice
  • 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Boil the sushi rice. Leave it in the pan for 10 minutes before putting it in the bowl.
In the meantime slice the carrot and beetroots. Take out the edame beans and corn.
Divide the veggies, humus and quacemole in the bowl on top of the rice.
Fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean in your frying pan on medium heat for 4 minutes and add them to your bowl. Top the bowl with roasted sesame seeds.
