- 1 sliced focaccia
- 1 diced tomato
- 2 tbsp pinenuts
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 grams of rucola
- 1 lemon
- 70 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean
Focaccia with Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean and selfe made rucola pesto
Stir-fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz for 5 minutes in a frying pan.
Put the olive oil, rucola, pinenuts and garlic in a bowl. Blend them into a nice pesto. Add a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add the pesto, diced tomato and Chuny Pulled Peaz to your sliced focaccia. Top it of with a litlle basil.
