Focaccia with Chunky Pulled Peaz and avocado

Easy and delicious focaccia for lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 sliced focaccia
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 50 grams of rucola
  • humus of your choice
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 70 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Stir-fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz for 5 minutes in a frying pan.
Slice the avocado and the tomato. Add the humus, rucola salad, diced tomato, avocado and Chuny Pulled Peaz to your sliced focaccia.
