Couscous With Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Add Chunky Pulled Peaz to your couscous

  • 300 gram couscous
  • 1 red onion roughly chopped
  • 3 big carrots
  • 2 paprika's
  • garlic finely chopped
  • handful of coriander
  • handful of mintleaves
  • 1/2 liter of vegetable stock, 2 cubes
  • handful of raisins
  • 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Mediterranean

Prepare the couscous as described on the package.
Chop a red onion and fry it in olive oil. Add some diced carrot and garlic. Cook until the carrot is soft. In the meantime stirfry your Chunky Pulled Peaz.
Mix in some salt and pepper, paprika, ground coriander and the Chunky Pulled Peaz. Stir-fry until fragrant (about a minute). Pour in the stock and stir in the couscous to the hot stock. Leave to absorb the liquid. Top it off with some chopped mint leaves and raisins.
