Buddha Bowl with Chunky Pulled Peaz Natural

It doesn’t take a lot of time to make a Buddha Bowl!

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 mangos
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • 250 gram sushi rice
  • 280 gram Chunky Pulled Peaz Natural

Boil the sushi rice. Leave it in the pan for 10 minutes before putting it in the bowl.
In the meantime cut the mango, avocado, cucumber and carrot. Divide the veggies and the mango in the bowl on top of the rice.
Fry the Chunky Pulled Peaz Natural in your frying pan on medium heat for 4 minutes, in your favourite marinade or just in oil with some garlic and chili and add it to the bowl. Add extra flavour with a miso sesame ginger dressing (check the web for recipes) or add your favourite sauce/ dressing. Top the bowl with roasted sesame seeds.
