Ingrediënten

  • 1 bag Lazy Vegan Pasta Bolognese
  • Arugola
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • Chili flakes
  • (vegetable) Parmesan cheese

This is how you make it

  1. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and heat the Lazy Vegan Pasta Bolognese for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
  2. For kid(s): scoop a little of the Pasta Bolognese on a plate and place half of the cherry tomatoes next to it. Sprinkle some cheese on the pasta (if desired).
  3. For you: For some extra spice, sprinkle some chili flakes on top of the remaining Pasta Bolognese and heat the Pasta for another minute. Scoop the pasta onto another plate and top with the remaining cherry tomatoes, some cheese and arugula. Buon appetito!
