Ingredients

  • 1 zak Lazy Vegan Korean Noodles
  • 150g tofu
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

How it's done

  1. Pat the tofu dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into small cubes of equal size.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce and chili flakes. Add the tofu cubes and gently toss everything to coat the cubes with the marinade.
  3. Heat 2 frying pans with some oil. Fry the Lazy Vegan Korean Noodles meal in one pan and the marinated tofu cubes in the other pan, both for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Remove the tofu from the pan and drain it briefly on kitchen paper. Scoop the Korean Noodles meal onto a plate and place the crispy tofu cubes on top. Enjoy!
